His leadership has guided major homebuilders including The New Home Company, M.D.C. Holdings, and Standard Pacific Corp.

Cosbey is an experienced real estate development and construction executive with over two decades of experience delivering complex commercial projects. As Vice President of Development and Construction at Rich Development, he brings deep expertise in construction management, contract negotiation, and strategic planning. Previously, Cosbey held senior leadership roles at Mallard Bay Development and Dynamic Development and earned his degree from the University of Southern California.

Rick is an innovative, mission-oriented real estate development and construction executive with 30+ years of experience. His residential expertise spans production building and luxury custom homes, with over $3 billion in project volume. JoAnn brings over five years of real estate experience, leading client relations, business development, and operations with strategic insight. With a background in luxury sales and marketing, she transitioned into commercial real estate with measurable impact.
