Cosbey is an experienced real estate development and construction executive with over two decades of experience delivering complex commercial projects. As Vice President of Development and Construction at Rich Development, he brings deep expertise in construction management, contract negotiation, and strategic planning. Previously, Cosbey held senior leadership roles at Mallard Bay Development and Dynamic Development and earned his degree from the University of Southern California.
